If you are purchasing a brand new sofa, we suggest you buy one made of microfiber or leather. These are the two best materials for any sofa. The leather will be more expensive. The benefits of leather are the comfort, the softness,
the ease of caring and maintaining, and the long lasting factor. Microfiber couches will be cheaper. They are easy to maintain, soft and comfortable just like a leather sofa. But leather becomes more soft and comfortable with age, while
microfiber will slowly deteriorate.

Cottage Look
Classic Slipcovers Brushed Twill Sofa Slipcover - Well pleased with my new slipcover. I like the loose fit slip covers with ties as it gives a cottage look to rooms. Sage color is pretty as well. Now kitty and I can relax on our covered sofa knowing we can "wash up" when it gets soiled.
Smooth And Stays Put
Maytex Piped Twill 2-Piece Slipcover Sofa - I purchased a different brand of slip cover (sure-fit) that I had to also purchase plastic rods to keep it in place. I was so upset with the purchase, that looked it to the Maytex. I can not believe I wasted 200 bucks! I have had them on my couches for 1 month or more with out any problems. Both my loveseat and couch has large armrest, it was a little tight, but I believe it works great. I also love that it is two pieces. I have even washed one that had a wine stain, it cleaned up great and they were almost wrinkle free. They did not shrink.... I would recommend this!
A Great Little Sofa-Chair-Bed
Romano Convertible Sofa Chair Bed, Red - I was looking for a very compact but stylish "sofa-bed" for my small art studio and this item fit the bill wonderfully! At 36" wide by 39" deep, this was the most compact I found and yet it pulls out to a nearly normal size twin bed (just two inches narrower than a twin mattress). It is easy to put together and easy to convert to a bed with hinged support legs discretely tucked away under a zipper in the fabric and actually embedded in the underside of the mattress. The fabric has a nice burlap-type weave, which you can't see in the online photos, and the color is a tasteful darker shade of red...not a cheep-looking bright red as it can tend to appear in some of the photos. As for the mattress, it is a VERY FIRM foam rubber, which may be a little too firm for some, but I like it as it better cushions the underlying supports and will hopefully hold up longer. This being said however, you may want to throw on a folded comforter or some other additional cushioning if it is used as a guest bed. If you are hoping to curl-up on it to watch TV without unfolding it, you may be disappointed, and may want to have a foot-rest nearby, but hey...you can't have everything! Finally, while we all wish things would cost less these days, Amazon did have the lowest price I found for this model online. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.
